Accepting change

Underlying thoughts of people:

“My absolute trigger is: that Germany has changed so much that I can hardly stand it anymore…”

Make it clear to yourself that you are letting the thought of change with regard to Germany and the fact that you do not accept change determine your peace. You are not willing to accept change and transience, but are fighting against a situation that cannot be stopped. By mentally resetting yourself to change, you continue to hold on to old norms instead of recognizing that you are doing it. To embrace change, mentally let go and recognize inner peace.

 

My experience

My life is also characterized by phases in which I mentally resisted change. I refused to accept change and kept complaining about circumstances that weren’t as I imagined them. I made my life dependent on my outside world instead of accepting that things, situations and even the political situation were as they were. That was a fact of wasting my time and energy holding on to situations instead of consciously using both to live a peaceful life. When I let go of the news and television, I no longer allowed myself to be influenced by external information. Today I get the information that I need and that I consciously want to see and read. Nevertheless, I no longer let them unconsciously determine me. Because it only harms my own being.

 

Do the following

You can continue to complain about a situation and not be doing yourself any good. You can create change through action, or you can accept the situation and acknowledge peace within yourself. Use triggers to remind yourself that change is the norm. Triggers are a wake-up call to make you aware of which situation you are allowing to control you. The process of evolution – of change – is a law of nature. Nothing will stay as it was.

And if you do that mentally, that is your fight against change. Stop resisting innovation, accept that change is natural. Let go of your thoughts and beliefs to acknowledge calmness within yourself. No matter how you act, be aware that it is your thoughts and your energies that you bring into the world and use against yourself. Use time and energy wisely to create a life the way you want. And let go of circumstances that you can’t change anyway.
