Get rid of pressure
Underlying thoughts of people:
“I want to get out among people, but I can’t handle the pressure that comes from within. Do you have any advice for me?”
Every feeling we feel and perceive within ourselves is created by us. Our soul shows us through our body the path we have to take. Sometimes we are even aware of it, but don’t know how to counteract it. Only in peace can we perceive ourselves and ask ourselves the question: why we put ourselves under pressure.
My experience
All my life, I stressed myself about having to do everything quickly or felt pressured by other people. I didn’t want to miss anything or forced myself into situations where I should have been at peace. Inner tension and constant restlessness were the result. But my body told me to pull the break. Intuitively, I knew that I was putting pressure on myself and that only through vigilant awareness over time could I learn to deal with this pressure. Every time I noticed that I was feeling pressure, I found myself back in the present moment. I asked myself why I let this feeling dictate my inner peace.
Do the following
Pressure and stress are created by yourself. You let your energy determine you. Notice your sensations about your body once, be alert and be aware of them each time. No matter where you are or what you are doing, you can find your way back to the present moment. Find peace and let go of recurring feelings of pressure created by your thoughts. You may force yourself into situations that are not your path.
Go within yourself and ask yourself the following questions:
- Why do I put this pressure on myself?
- Why do I let stress dictate my inner peace?
- Why do I let other people determine my inner peace?
- What or who do I want to escape from?
- For what is pressure necessary?
- Where does deep peace lie?
