Make thoughts conscious

Underlying thoughts of people:

“Oh dear. I am working on it. To accept that my mind is telling me this, accept it and then… do something? There are blockages….”

At this point, become aware of and locate where this statement and question takes place. Be clear about where you are directing your energy to ask yourself if you need to do, solve, or accept something. You continue to send your energy into your mind instead of letting it go and acknowledging the present moment. Every question, every statement and assumption of your mind makes you not perceive the present moment, but rather linger in thought. As a result, you believe you are blocking yourself. But this is also your head, looking for an excuse, an escape from the present moment.

 

My experience

Questions of my mind arose from asking myself what life is all about, how I go about implementing it, solving inner issues, or even recognizing the present moment. The realization that the mind keeps us here and now lies in the perception of the place where you are, what you are doing or even thinking.

 

Do the following

Know that the present moment and the peace that lies within it is also present within you. It is your mind that asks, wants to solve or accept something. Find peace beyond your questions, assumptions, views or opinions. It’s very simple, but your mind manages to see this simple thing as complex. Stop sending all your life energy into your mind wondering. Simply turn off your mind and find yourself in the present moment. It’s not about the implementation or the fact of solving blockages. It’s about being aware that you are wasting your time and life energy in your mind.
