What is disturbing me?
What is disturbing me?
What is disturbing me?
Underlying thoughts of people:
“Tell me, is there anything that unsettles you or really annoys you? Everyone has weak points like that…”
For a long time now, less things have bothered me because I have already detached myself from subconscious issues and inner anger. Every now and then I get a little frustrated. Inner processes that force me into silence in order to give my path a new boost. But I know how to deal with these phases and there is little that still makes me angry today. A mosquito can upset me, but there are solutions for that too.
Nothing will disturb you so quickly once you recognize yourself and have solved your subconscious issues. Otherwise, you will suppress feelings again and continue to be triggered through your life. Added to this is your assumption that people have weak points, which suggests that you are not yet able to fully access your self-confidence. You will continue to let your claims determine you in the future. The perception of being weak is an evaluation that comes from your mind and a perspective that makes you believe that you are not good enough or that you do not have strong character.
Do the following
Be aware that the question and statement mentioned above arise from your thoughts and represent your point of view. You believe that you are weak and allow yourself to be disturbed by situations and people in the outside world. Your environment will continue to trigger you if you don’t release your thoughts about it and let it determine your peace in the future. Detach yourself from views and evaluations, other people, situations, circumstances and realize that the belief in weakness arises from your synapses. Find peace beyond your mind and recognize the calm that exists in the present moment. You are not weak, it is just your perception and judgment about your own nature. You are not (yet) able to see that you are capable of so much more than you believe.
