What is my fulfillment?
What is my fulfillment?
What is my fulfillment?
Underlying thoughts of people:
“I currently have no job, few social contacts, a lot of emptiness and boredom. It makes me depressed and almost all in my head. Don’t endure this idleness and silence. I’m missing a fulfilling task.”
Energy follows your attention. If you continue to send all your energy into your questioning thoughts, you are not implementing it. Your body is sending you signals to use your energy and time wisely by feeling dissatisfied or depressed. You already have fulfillment within you, an activity that you enjoy. Fulfillment is found beneath all of your thoughts and subconscious issues. It is necessary to move your mind into calmness in order to realize that you can also direct your energy into implementation. Be aware that when you find yourself in a state of constant rumination, you are putting all your energy into your head. And you can consciously open yourself up to new people. Meet them with kindness and realize that you are not alone.
My experience
Freedom means having an alert and clear mind. The realization through letting go of thoughts, people, situations and also where I lived gave me a clear head. But in this silence I used my energy against myself. I didn’t want to have anything to do with people anymore and isolated myself from life. The result was feelings of boredom and emptiness. But these were also just thoughts and feelings that kept me from enjoying life and putting it into action. I soon realized again that my life consists of so many possibilities – I can do whatever I want – and started moving my body again, climbing the mountain peaks and surfing the waves of the sea. I opened up to people and realized that I was holding myself back from life. It’s just my inner attitude, my energy that I bring into the world.
Do the following
Make it clear to yourself that you are using your life energy against yourself instead of for yourself. And that you can make a conscious decision to determine your life through actions. Try it out, distract yourself to realize that you are creating your depressive behavior by not doing anything. If you want to find your way out of the chaos of your thoughts, it is necessary to accept your current situation completely and without judging yourself. Become aware of your situation, admit it and realize that you can use your energy to implement it. This is a process, be patient with yourself and stop judging yourself for it.
You realize your fulfillment, the task for which you are here, by solving subconscious processes for yourself, working with yourself, moving your mind to silence and listening to yourself – what your heart is telling you. It is your loud mind that keeps you from your inner path. Implement it little by little and at your own pace. Even if you see the entire mountain in front of you in your head, you can only take it one step at a time.
There is only this present moment, perceive it once and recognize what needs to be done now to create your future according to your ideas. Fulfillment is something that you do, that is created within you and is not dependent on your outside world. You create, or you advise and guide, you act through yourself and create new things – that is where your fulfillment lies. No matter whether it is the art of music, cooking, sports or design. Whether you love building something with your hands, being an advisor or even a leader.
Your fulfillment is at your discretion to try out what your purpose is based on. Energy follows your attention. Bring your attention to the present moment, write down what needs to be done and what you want your life to look like. Distract yourself by doing something, going into nature and mastering your journey at your own pace. Open yourself up to new people, go out the door and take one step at a time. Life is full of possibilities, you just have to open yourself to it…
