How Does Manifesting Work?
Thoughts people often have:
„I feel so uncomfortable in my apartment and in my environment, but I keep getting rejections. I’ve tried manifesting and thinking positively… nothing helps.“
Our lives are primarily about our inner world, not about what happens around us. Life constantly holds up mirrors for us, showing us what we need to better understand our thoughts and feelings. However, if we try to change or achieve something from a place of lack, that sense of lack will keep resurfacing. Feeling uncomfortable means we are attracting situations into our lives from a sense of deficiency—not what we want, but what we need to recognize ourselves. A sense of lack can never attract abundance.
No matter where we live, what job we have, or the circumstances we find ourselves in—what truly matters is how we perceive and deal with them. When we feel inner discomfort, it is often less about external circumstances and more about our internal attitude. The key lies in letting go, finding inner calm, and focusing primarily on ourselves. When we are at peace and in a state of abundance within, we can positively influence our lives through manifestation from this energy.
Personal Experience
There was a time when I felt uncomfortable in my body, my apartment, my environment, and my life. I didn’t accept the situation, avoided living in the moment, and instead resigned myself to fighting it internally. This led me to try changing my external world just to feel better within myself. But I realized that I was trying to change things from a place of lack. And lack only attracts more lack, creating a cycle of negative perceptions.
I let go of my thoughts and began to accept the situation as it was. No matter what was happening in my outer world, I started releasing the feelings of resentment toward my circumstances. It didn’t take long before I began to see the beauty in everything again—even though my external circumstances hadn’t changed. A crucial turning point was giving my inner discomfort space instead of ignoring it. Ultimately, it’s not about what we do or where we are, but how we respond to it.
Approach
Understand this: Life gives you what you need first, before it gives you what you want. Shift your focus away from thoughts of lack or pain and toward the positive aspects of your life. Accept your current situation as it is, and live fully in the moment. Direct your energy toward the abundance that exists in the present moment within yourself.
Every day, you have the opportunity to choose a new perspective and make changes. But a life dominated by scarcity thinking will only attract more scarcity. The same goes for negativity. Remember, the universe always responds to you—whether your thoughts are positive or negative.
Even deeply buried wishes can manifest themselves, often at moments when you least expect it and aren’t consciously thinking about them. Live in the here and now, with positive thoughts and a commitment to the present moment. Once you consciously choose this path, you’ll be amazed at how quickly things start to work in your favor.
Reflect and Ask Yourself:
- Why am I feeling uncomfortable right now?
- How can I reconnect with my inner abundance?
- Why do I believe that my external world determines my inner state?
- What specific actions can I take to positively influence my external world?
- When will I finally manifest what I truly desire?
