How do I get into change?

Underlying thoughts:
“And what if you are unhappy in the here and now, with your life and the circumstances? When you feel sadness, emptiness, loneliness in the here and now? If you want to change certain circumstances (and that is also possible) and you don’t know how?”

 

If you feel empty sadness, feelings of frustration and loneliness, you live here and now with your thoughts in feelings of lack. You continue to channel all your energy into your thoughts of being unhappy instead of moving them into the silence and realizing that you are doing it. Your mind tells you that you can’t change anything. Holds you in sensations that stop you and block you from going into implementation. Subconsciously you are stuck believing in the fact that you cannot fix your life and find a way out of it. Your thoughts cling to the past, you are resigned, frustrated and don’t see a way out of it.

 

My experience

On my way, my mind repeatedly blocked me from continuing on my path. I blocked myself with my own views, resigned myself and didn’t know a way out of this situation. I lived in self-pity, in feelings of frustration and emptiness, believing that I had to do everything possible in that moment to find a way out of the situation. But accepting that this was how I felt at that time, allowed me to find peace. Gradually I was able to quiet my thoughts and realize that it was my mind that was blocking me. That it was me who kept doors closed by continuing to think about my plight instead of directing my energy in another direction.

 

Do the following

At this point, make it clear to yourself that at this moment you are using your thoughts to feel self-pity, living in feelings of depression and frustration, using your energy to ask how something would work and blocking yourself from implementing it. You unconsciously use all your life energy and time living in self-pity and frustration instead of recognizing and accepting that you are doing it. Move your mind into calmness to redesign your life one piece at a time. Stop holding on and spending your energy wondering how something works. Be aware, even if you try not to think about these circumstances of unhappiness and sadness, you think about them. Use your life energy wisely, quiet your mind. Recognize that it is your head that is wasting your energy and direct your thoughts in the direction you need them to create the life you want.
